No, e-gift cards do not have an expiration date.
CAN I CHANGE THE VALUE OF MY E-GIFT CARD PURCHASE OR CANCEL THE TRANSACTION?

HOW WILL THE RECIPIENT KNOW THAT I SENT THEM AN E-GIFT CARD?
The recipient will receive an email and, if you selected this option, a mobile notification, indicating that you've sent them an e-gift card. These notifications include any personal messages and images you added during the gift card purchase.
I RECENTLY PURCHASED AND SENT AN E-GIFT CARD, BUT THE RECIPIENT HAS NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Sometimes, e-gift cards may be caught by spam filters. Please ask the recipient to check their spam or junk folders. It's also possible that the email address was entered incorrectly during the purchase; please verify the recipient's email address.
You can also resend the gift card by entering the recipient's email address and confirmation number associated with the gift card, then click the "Track" button. Once the gift card appears, select the "Send" button. The gift card will be resent.
HOW DO I USE MY E-GIFT CARD?
Once you receive the email or mobile notification, you can view your e-gift card.
To use your gift card for an online purchase, simply enter the gift card number and PIN during the checkout process. Please note that you can use up to two gift cards per order.

To check your gift card balance, click the "Check Balance" link. When prompted, enter the gift card number and PIN.

SALIGIA cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen cards. However, if you have proof of purchase, please contact customer support for assistance. If we find that your gift card has not been used or has remaining value, we can issue you a new e-gift card for that amount.
