They are comfortable. My only complaint is that the waist band rolls over.

I purchased 3 different pairs of the briefs and really like them! Super comfortable, incredibly soft and a sexy cut that's not embarrassing to wear at the gym.
I am a 31 waist so I had to go with the large size and it's a hair too large, but I thing the medium would be a hair too tight...do with that information what you will. Most underwear brands aren't sized for 31 waist so I'm used to it.
